Application for Membership
To join BPIC for 2023/2024 please complete the following form. Upon submitting your form you will see a link where you can pay your membership fee.
Spaces will be allocated upon receipt of payment.
What information is stored by us?
The data which we hold is securely held to enable us to provide the best service possible to our membership. This data is limited to contact information as supplied when you join the club, to photographic submissions, and to related communications.
How is your information used?
Your data is only used by us, in order to provide the service that you are paying for, and to keep you in the loop on what the club has to offer and other matters of potential interest.
Is my information shared?
We only share information which is required to administer normal club business. We may publish some or all of the images submitted for competitions, members’ names and scores on the Club web site and/or via Club social media channels. Participating in inter-club events may require personal information and images to be provided to another organisation and we will ask you to agree to this in advance. We will otherwise not share your personal data with third party organisations without your permission.
